Keep a copy for your employer. ## Before you start - You passed all five modules and the final exam in Alabama Pharm Tech - Your ALBOP pharmacy technician registration is approved and active - You have your certificate PDF saved on your computer (not just on your phone) - You are within 10 days of your training completion date ## Step-by-step: Licensure Gateway certificate upload 1. ### Download your certificate of completion Log in to your Alabama Pharm Tech student dashboard and open the certificate page. Download the PDF. If you have not passed the final exam yet, finish all five modules first. Your certificate lists your name, completion date, and the approved program provider (Dalton Pharmacy). 2. ### Open the ALBOP Licensure Gateway Go to [gateway.albop.com](https://gateway.albop.com) in a desktop browser. Chrome, Safari, or Edge work best. Mobile browsers sometimes fail on file uploads. 3. ### Log in to your pharmacy technician profile Use the same email and password you created when you applied for ALBOP registration. On your dashboard, open your active pharmacy technician license. If you see multiple license types, select Pharmacy Technician. 4. ### Find the document upload section Look for **Documents**, **Upload Documents**, or **My Documents** on your technician profile. ALBOP occasionally renames menu items during portal updates.
